Turai Yaakov Zrihan served in the Israel Defense Forces. Yaakov served with the Infantry. Yaakov served in the War of Independence.
נולד בשנת 1925 בעיר קזבלנקה, מרוקו. היה נער מפותח מכפי גילו. הוא סיים את חוק לימודיו בבית-ספר יסודי והתמחה בנהגות ובמכונאות. ארץ-ישראל קסמה לו מרחוק. הד המאבק ובשורת המדינה-בדרך הלהיבו אותו, ובשנת 1947 העפיל לארץ באונייה "הפורצים". את אימוניו הראשונים עשה בקיבוץ רמת הכובש והתגייס לפלמ"ח. גם בצבא הגנה לישראל שימש כנהג. יעקב נשלח לגיזרת ירושלים ושם נפל בעת ירי על שיירה באזור הקסטל ביום י"א בניסן תש"ח (20.4.1948). מצבה לזכרו הוקמה בבית-הקברות הצבאי בהר-הרצל בירושלים. החלל הינו מקל''ן- חלל שמקום קבורתו לא נודע.
