Turai Rishon Moshe Farag Yichye served in the Israel Defense Forces. Moshe served with the Armored Corps. Moshe served in the Six-Day War.

What Happened

בן רחמים ושרה. נולד בשנת ת"ש (1940) בעיר סנדג' אשר בפרס. המשפחה עלתה לארץ בשנת 1958. משה למד בבית-ספר יסודי. גויס לצה"ל במאי 1965 וגמר את שירותו הסדיר בנאמנות. לאחר ששוחרר מן הצבא התחיל לעבוד בדימונה כאורג. מדי פעם היה נקרא למילואים ובמסגרת זו היה גם במלחמת ששת הימים, בה היה חייל מעולה ושימש דוגמא-לחבריו-לנשק בגלותו הקרבה עצמית. ביום השלישי לקרבותיה, הוא כ"ח באייר תשכ"ז (7.6.1967), נפל בקרב שנערך בביר-חמה שבסיני. הניח אשה בהריונה. הוא לקבורה בבית-הקברות הצבאי לשעת-חירום בבארי ולאחר זמן הועבר למנוחת-עולמים בבית-הקברות הצבאי שעל הר-הרצל בירושלים. זכרו הועלה בחוברת "לזכרם" שהוציאה עיריית דימונה.
