בן שרה ויצחק, נולד בשנת 1928 בעיר סבין, ליד לובלין, פולין ולמד בבית-ספר יסודי. ברוך טולטל בימי פלישת הנאצים לפנים רוסיה ועם השחרור חזר לפולין. משם עבר לאוסטריה. היה חייט לפי מקצועו. בהגיע בשורת מלחמת-העצמאות התגייס לצה"ל במסגרת גח"ל (גיוס חוץ-לארץ). ברוך הגיע לארץ בעיצומה של המלחמה ונשלח עם אנשי תגבורת למנרה. רק ימים מספר נמצא במשק, והחל לקחת חלק בעבודה ובתפקידי ההגנה. ביום כ"ב באב תש"ח (27.8.1948) נספה בהתפוצצות שאירעה במחסן הנשק. נקבר במנרה. דף לזכרו - בחוברת "מנרה בימי קרב ומצור". ביום כ"ז באלול תש"ט (21.9.1949) הועבר למנוחת-עולמים בבית-הקברות הצבאי בנחלת יצחק.
