The People Behind NeuraWeb

Built by people who believe the internet should work for humanity, not against it.

Chairman, CEO & Chief Visionary

Vincent Anthony started working at age 11 in his father's trucking business, where he learned that systems either work for the people inside them or they don't work at all. That lesson followed him through a career that spans military service, corporate technology, real estate development, and the arts.

As a retired United States Army veteran with 100% disability status, Vincent served his country and carries that commitment to service into everything he builds. His corporate career took him through IBM Federal, Loral, Suzuki, and CPI Tech — roles that gave him a front-row seat to how large-scale technology systems are architected, deployed, and too often designed to serve the institution rather than the individual.

From 2005 to 2010, Vincent developed condominiums in New Hampshire, navigating the complexities of real estate, construction, and the 2008 financial crisis. In 2012, he was inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame — a recognition of his deep connection to an art form built on authenticity, struggle, and the unvarnished truth of human experience.

NeuraWeb is the convergence of every lesson, every career, every fight. A lifetime of watching systems extract value from the people who power them led to a single, uncompromising decision: build an internet that works for humanity, not against it. As Chairman, CEO, and Chief Visionary of NeuraWeb Global Inc., Vincent leads the development of a platform that puts digital sovereignty, data ownership, and equitable revenue sharing at the foundation of every line of code.

Vincent lives in Cape Coral, Florida with his wife Gina where they raised two sons.
