Turai Ratzon Baadani served in the Israel Defense Forces. Ratzon served with the Infantry.
בן מלכה ודויד, נולד בשנת 1931 בתימן. בילדותו נתייתם מאביו, ובהיותו בן 12 הועלה לארץ. תחילה חונך בבית-יתומים בירושלים והועבר ל"ישיבה" בכפר גנים ליד פתח תקווה. משעמד ברשות עצמו עבר לתל-אביב, בה גר יחד עם אמו הזקנה ופירנס אותה באהבה ובכבוד. עוד בזמן לימודיו ב"ישיבה" הצטרף למחתרת אצ"ל והתמסר לעשיית נפשות לארגונו. מתחילת מלחמת-העצמאות השתתף ברוב הקרבות להגנת גבולות תל-אביב והרחבתם. בהפוגה הראשונה נשלח לירושלים. היה בין כובשי מלחה ובמערכה זו נפל ביום ח' בתמוז תש"ח (14.7.1948). בן 17 היה בנופלו. נקבר בשייח'-באדר א'. ביום כ"ח באלול תש"י (10.9.1950) הועבר למנוחת-עולמים בבית-הקברות הצבאי בהר- הרצל בירושלים.
