בן שרה ויצחק, נולד בשנת 1926 בירושלים. הוא החל ללמוד ב"תלמוד-תורה" בסביבת שכונת נחלת ציון והמשיך את לימודיו בבית-הספר העירוני לבנים. משנהרג אביו בידי ערבים נאלץ להפסיק את הלימודים ויצא לעבוד כדי להקל את עול הפרנסה מעל אמו, שהיה מסור לה מאוד ותמיד היה מנחם אותה, כי משיגדל יטול את כל העול על עצמו והיא תוכל לנוח מעמלה. בשעות הפנאי אהב לצייר. במלחמת-העצמאות שירת בכוחות אצ"ל והיה מטובי הצלפים. לפני צאתו לקרב היה אומר שהוא יוצא להילחם לחיים ולמות למען המולדת, וכשהצליח לפגוע באויב בקליעותיו היה אומר שנקם את נקמת דם אביו. ביום 11.6.1948 נפצע מרסיס פגז ומת בבית-החולים בירושלים ביום י"ג בסיוון תש"ח (20.6.1948). נקבר בסנהדריה. ביום כ"ה באלול תשי"א (26.9.1951) הועבר למנוחת-עולמים בבית-הקברות הצבאי בהר- הרצל בירושלים.
