בן חנה וצבי, נולד ביום כ"ח באייר תר"ץ (26.5.1930) בעיר אוסטרוב-מזובייצק, פולין ולמד שנים אחדות בבית-ספר. במלחמת-העולם השנייה לאחר כיבוש פולין בידי הגרמנים, נלקח עם הוריו לגיטו ולמחנות. הוריו נספו והוא החזיק מעמד עד ששוחרר בשנת 1944 עם התקדמות הצבא הרוסי. נשאר עוד שנה בפולין ואחר-כך יצא ב"נתיב-הבריחה" לאיטליה ובחודש מרס 1945 העפיל לארץ בספינה "אנצו סירני". אליעזר הצטרף לקיבוץ עין חרוד ומצא את מקומו בעבודה ובחיי הארץ. בראשית מלחמת-העצמאות התגייס לפלמ"ח, שירת בחטיבת "הראל" עבר אימונים והשתתף בקרבות ובפעולות של יחידתו. אליעזר נפל בגיזרת לטרון ביום ח' בתמוז תש"ח (15.7.1948). כמה שנים לאחר נופלו, הובא למנוחת-עולמים בבית-הקברות הצבאי בהר-הרצל בירושלים.
