Turai Haim-Moshe Berman served in the Israel Defense Forces. Haim-Moshe served with the Infantry. Haim-Moshe served in the War of Independence. Haim-Moshe was 17 years old.
בן הלנה והנס יאן, נולד ביום כ' בתמוז תר"ץ (16.7.1930) בעיר קרקוב, פולין ולמד בבית-ספר יסודי. בפרוץ מלחמת-העולם השנייה היה בן תשע שנים בלבד ובימי המלחמה נרצח אביו על-ידי הנאצים. בסוף שנת 1947 ניסה לעלות לארץ אלא שהגיע לחופיה דרך קפריסין רק במרס 1948. לאחר-מכן באה האם לארץ כדי לחפש את בנה האובד. עם עלותו התגייס לשורות הלוחמים במלחמת-העצמאות וביום ד' באדר ב' תש"ח (15.3.1948) נפל בשעת מילוי-תפקידו. מקום קבורתו לא נודע. מצבה לזכרו הוקמה בבית-הקברות הצבאי בהר-הרצל בירושלים. החלל הינו מקל''ן- חלל שמקום קבורתו לא נודע.
