Marcus Semien lands on IL after Mets’ error-filled calamity

Marcus Semien has been placed on the 10-day injured list with a left hip flexor strain, with Ronny Mauricio recalled in a corresponding move.

Reliever Daniel Duarte has also been recalled from Triple-A Syracuse, while Jonathan Pintaro, who threw Wednesday for the Mets during their doubleheader, was optioned back to Syracuse.
