Lauren Sánchez styles vintage crochet-and-chainmail dress with rare Chanel bag worth over $31K

Add Page Six on Google 6 Lauren Sánchez stepped out solo in Paris on Sunday wearing two archival fashion pieces. Nicolas Gerardin / BACKGRID Lauren Sánchez is making Paris her runway.

Spotted leaving her hotel solo on Sunday, Sánchez wowed in a vintage 2001 Dior by John Galliano minidress made of mixed fabrics.

The vintage style features both crocheted fabric and mixed metal mesh, with one currently up for grabs on 1st Dibs for more than $21,000.

Sánchez paired the flashy archival look with oversized diamond stud earrings, black sunglasses and nude Christian Louboutin pumps.

The children’s book author also carried a high-ticket purse, sporting a lucite “ice cube” Chanel clutch from 2011 that is currently available to purchase for almost $32,000.

Sánchez has been seen out and about in Paris with husband Jeff Bezos for the past few days, though the pair have been keeping it low-key during their stay.

Sánchez gave a wave to the cameras while entering L’Avenue for a lunch date over the weekend, wearing a pair of jeans with a cropped white tank and bomber jacket. She added an oversized Chanel flap bag in burgundy.

Yesterday, Sánchez slipped into a form-fitting yet casual black jersey dress that she styled with low-wedge heeled thong sandals and a white Hermès Birkin bag.

Though Sánchez has been laying low for the past few weeks when it comes to her high-fashion events, her last public appearance was at the Met Gala at the beginning of May — an event that she co-chaired this year, dressed as her interpretation of “Madame X.”
