OLIPOP’s latest lands somewhere in between: a nationwide advisory that summer is coming, nostalgia is peaking and your soda has become a contested houseguest.
The wellness-forward soda brand, best known for sneaking fiber into something that still tastes like childhood, has dropped two new summer flavors designed to settle a debate nobody officially started. Still, everyone will immediately take sides: Raspberry Sherbet versus Blackberry Vanilla.
Both are engineered to hijack your “just one sip” policy. Raspberry Sherbet leans bright and tangy, like a poolside ice cream truck memory that somehow learned about digestive health. Blackberry Vanilla, back by what OLIPOP calls “overwhelming demand”, is darker, smoother, and a little more serious, with notes of blackberry, citrus and a soft vanilla finish.
OLIPOP isn’t just releasing soda. It’s also launching the Berry Sipport Center.
Starting May 8, fans can submit a request explaining why they “lost” their OLIPOP. (Roommate theft, partner confiscation, or the universally accepted category of “I blinked, and it was gone.”) Selected applicants, reviewed by official “Berry Specialists,” will receive a full case of the new flavors. More than 1,000 cases are up for grabs over two weeks.
The flavors are rolling out nationwide at Target, Walmart, and Whole Foods, but the real action is online — where OLIPOP is effectively keeping your healthy soda habit alive and well.
