Teen accused of gunning down 15-year-old in NYC park arrested after nearly two weeks on the run

The teen who fled the country after allegedly gunning down a 15-year-old boy when a bitter gang-fueled brawl erupted at a Queens park has been arrested.

Zahir Davis, 18, was nabbed Friday night – nearly two weeks after Pierre was brutally murdered surrounded by a crowd of teens in Roy Wilkins Park – according to the NYPD.

Facebook / Rev-chaplain Peter Jones Police said the alleged killer fled the country for Jamaica the day after the heinous caught-on-camera crime and was arrested as soon as he landed back in New York City.

Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch announced Davis’ arrest Saturday morning.
