New York Post Composite When it comes to getting your gut back on track, three supplements may be more effective than one.
At least, according to a wave of enthusiastic reviewers who swear by the viral Physician’s Choice “Gut Guardian Bundle” on Amazon. According to the leading supplement brand, this combination is designed to provide comprehensive support at every level.
The 60-billion CFU probiotic features 10 diverse strains designed to support a healthy gut microbiome and may also help promote immune health. The 5-in-1 Bloat + Gas formula combines probiotics, prebiotics, postbiotics, digestive enzymes and soothing herbs to help reduce bloating and gas. And finally, the digestive enzyme blend provides support with 16 targeted enzymes designed to improve digestion.
One TikToker claimed that she dropped several clothing sizes since she started taking the Gut Guardian Bundle, “I don’t stress myself sweating buckets. I don’t restrict anything. I just started taking care of my gut…” she explained as she held the supplements.
There is, however, a catch. In her post, she explained that they need to be taken in the right order.
Her recommendation: Take the 60 Billion Probiotic and the Bloat + Gas Probiotic together, first thing in the morning. “This is going to clean all of that yucky bacteria out that’s been sitting in the gut overnight. This is going to start you off with a squeaky-clean digestive system.”
She believes the enzymes are best taken later in the day with food. According to the brand, they can be taken before or after meals.
“At your biggest meal, you’re going to take this,” she suggested. “This is going to literally flush everything right out of you, so you’re never bloated, your food intolerances are even better. You’re going to notice your bathroom habits are getting better.”
The three-product routine also comes at a discounted price; it is currently on sale for $75 on Amazon. Each supplement comes in easy-to-swallow capsules, which are third-party tested for purity and potency.
