A jilted woman has been arrested after she lied that her ex-boyfriend was taking a bomb on a plane in New Mexico — trying to get him in trouble just hours after they broke up, cops said.
Brooke Ayers, 47, was seen grinning in her mugshot after she allegedly dug her nails into an arresting officer while also threatening to stab them, according to officials.

The oblivious 34-year-old boyfriend, who had been visiting Ayers from Indiana, ended up being intercepted as law enforcement frantically diverted traffic away from the airport over the fake bomb plot.
