How to watch Real Madrid-Bayern Munich free in Champions League quarterfinals

The road to the Champions League final continues today with the first matches of the quarterfinal round, including one between Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.

Champions League quarterfinals are played in two legs; the same teams will play each other twice, once at each team’s home stadium, and the team that advances into the semifinals is determined by total goals scored across both matches.

Real Madrid enters today’s quarterfinal after eliminating Manchester City in the Round of 16. In this year’s Champions League, Los Blancos are 9-3, with all three losses coming in the first (non-elimination) stage of the tournament.

Bayern Munich has only played 10 matches as they advanced into the Round of 16 without needing to play in the knockout playoff round. They are 9-1, with their only loss coming against Arsenal in November 2025. The Reds most recently eliminated Atalanta in the Round of 16 with an aggregate score of 10-2.

Today’s Real Madrid vs. Bayern Munich quarterfinal is scheduled to begin at 3:00 p.m. ET.

Real Madrid vs. Bayern Munich will not air on TV in the United States; the match will be exclusive to the Paramount+ streaming service.

Paramount+ offers two subscription plans, Essential and Premium. The ad-supported Essential plan costs $8.99/month, while the ad-free Premium plan (which comes with Showtime titles and live CBS) costs $13.99/month and includes a seven-day free trial.
