“When I’m on a budget, I enjoy repurposing baskets or tote bags that I already own,” Garner told The Post. “A simple touch of paint, some added ribbon, or a sweet note can transform them beautifully.”
Not to mention, Garner has colorful memories of her grandmother surprising she and her sister with a huge Easter Basket. “For us, it symbolized the arrival of spring,” she pinpointed. “Included was a chocolate bunny, the colorful Peeps, the delightful chocolate eggs and the cute stuffed bunny was my favorite.”
