Make New York Post a Preferred Source It’s a shocking episode of the ex files.
In the middle of her divorce, an Atlanta mom named Riley Madison was handed a long list of “sacrifices” that her ex had made in the course of their doomed marriage — including, apparently, boinking with other women.
“My ex-husband sent me a list of things he had to give up in order to be in a relationship with me,” said Madison, whose TikTok about the crude checklist boasts 15.5 million viewers.
Madison’s ex put fidelity as his number one sacrifice — or in his words, “‘Every woman I could’ve had sex with since you and I got together.’”
(Unsurprisingly, he does not mention if any women were actually willing to sleep with him during this time.)
The ex-husband also blames Madison for needing to hold down a basic job: “I gave up my free time during the week to work a 9-to-5 so that we could get ahead financially.”
The list contained 15 more bizarre grudges, including forgoing “regular conversations with many women,” saving “money that I could have spent on myself,” and, curiously, “acting like a jerk.”
“Why was he proud to be an a—hole?,” questioned a confused commenter beneath the clip. “Is he mentally well?”
“Gave up being a jerk. CATEGORICALLY NOT TRUE,” another wrote, with no lies detected.
“This is what men think ‘suffering’ is,” a critic teased.
“How can I also divorce him?,” a separate onlooker joked.
Armchair analysts in the comments called the now-single man a “narcissist,” a “deviant” and simply “a clown.”
The TikTok was unique, but unfortunately the behavior wasn’t.
That’s according to Susan Spicer, a licensed clinical psychologist, who recently warned The Post.
“95% of my patients are the victims of narcissistic abuse and trauma,” said the pro.
She said that classic tactics include gaslighting, manipulation, blame shifting and avoidance of accountability — all things displayed in the ex-husband’s dismal note.
These tormentors rarely rehabilitate their treacherous ways, according to recent studies.
“You wouldn’t expect someone you knew as a very narcissistic person to have completely changed when you meet them again after some years,” said Dr. Ulrich Orth, a Swiss psychologist who studied over 30,000 narcissists in a groundbreaking study.
“This was true even across very long periods of time, which suggests that narcissism is a stable personality trait.”
But it doesn’t have to be a lifelong ball and chain — and Riley Madison is proof.
On her TikTok, she revealed she was reading the horrible memo from her ex… while in bed with her new — and very cute — husband.
