Xelina opens up about embracing life after WWE with Tommy End at House of Glory: ‘Spread our wings’

Joseph Staszewski Xelina opens up about embracing life after WWE with Tommy End at House of Glory: ‘Spread our wings’ By Joseph Staszewski Published Oct. 7, 2026, 12:51 p.m. ET Xelina is at peace knowing Zelina Vega is tucked away safely in a proverbial WWE box, and she is ready to open a few new ones in the next chapter of her wrestling career.

Xelina, who was also briefly released from WWE in 2020, was let go from the company for a second time in April, along with her husband, Tommy End, who was known in WWE as Aleister Black. The industry leader is all she’s known for for most of the past 10 years, and despite the hurt, she has no ill will toward a company where she feels her place in its history is safe.

Xelina, whose real name is Thea Trinidad, will always be the first Queen of the Ring winner, a Women’s United States champion, two-time Women’s tag team champion, the first female member of LWO and Rey Mysterio’s first and only female tag partner.

“Do we open that box again ever? I don’t know,” the 35-year-old Xelina said. “Now I get to tell a new story and create new memories. You get excited about what you could do now.”
