The Bears had an impressive showing on “Monday Night Football” with backup quarterback Case Keenum adequately stepping in for an injured Caleb Williams. Now, on a short rest week, they face a Jets team that has been playing above its head so far this season.
The Jets are 1-2 on the season, but were a few fourth-quarter plays from being 3-0. They lost a competitive game in overtime against the Packers at home in Week 2, and in Week 3, Geno Smith nearly completed a comeback on the Jets’ final drive.
Gang Green clearly has the talent to compete with teams and might be close to winning these 50/50 games.
