Add Page Six on Google Taylor Swift announced an “encore” version to her 2025 album, “The Life of a Showgirl,” on Wednesday.
“About a year ago, you guys did a truly unfathomable thing. Something that completely blew my mind… You gave The Life of a Showgirl the biggest first week for an album in history,” the pop star wrote on Instagram.
Swift, 36, said after the album came out last October, she took a trip to Sweden with her collaborators Max Martin and Shellback, where they wrote more songs for the album.
“I hope you love them, because they were born out of pure gratitude for your exuberance for and celebration of the album we made,” she said. “The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore including four new songs is out on Friday and available to pre-order and save now ❤️🔥.”
Swift’s four new songs are titled, “Patient Zero,” “Cleveland!,” “Pink Clouding,” and “Babylon,” according to Spotify.
Her announcement comes after she revealed the forthcoming release of her new song titled “Patient Zero.”
“I’ve been impatiently waiting to tell you that my brand new single ‘Patient Zero’ will be out on September 25 (!!!!!!!!!!!!),” the “Cruel Summer” singer, 36, wrote via Instagram Tuesday.
The pop icon announced her track was available for pre-sale via her website with three CD variations, including an acoustic and a piano version.
The CDs, available for $3.99 each, feature three different photos of Swift wearing all-black outfits, and different colored trims in sparkly orange, blue, and black.
Swift’s new music comes nearly one year after the release of her 12th studio album, “The Life of a Showgirl,” in October 2025.
The Grammy winner announced the upbeat album in August 2025 during a special appearance on her then-fiancé Travis Kelce’s podcast, “New Heights.”

In the 12-song album, Swift dedicated several tracks to the NFL star, including “Wi$h Li$t” and “Wood.”
The couple tied the knot on July 3, 2026, during a star-studded ceremony, after getting engaged in August 2025.
Kelce popped the question in the backyard garden of his Leawood, Missouri, home after two years of dating.
Swift has since embraced her title as a WAG, attending several Kansas City Chiefs games since the start of the 2026-27 NFL season earlier this month.
Most recently, the “Cruel Summer” singer was seen flaunting her wedding ring after Kelce made his first touchdown of the season during Sunday’s game against the Indianapolis Colts, which the Chiefs won.
“That’s my husband!” she appeared to say while pointing to her rock.
