Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert was living the quintessential Los Angeles dream off the clock until his performance on the field got wrapped up in an absolute nightmare. Following a dismal 26-14 divisional loss to the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday, Herbert's stock is officially sliding. The offense was lifeless, the stats were ugly, and NFL legends are running out of patience with the former golden boy.

Enter Hall of Fame wide receiver Michael Irvin. Never one to mince words, Irvin clowned on Herbert’s performance based on his highly publicized relationship with pop star Madison Beer. Notably, Irvin mentioned recent paparazzi sightings of the franchise quarterback acting as his girlfriend’s personal chauffeur.
"You made the wrong drive," Irvin fired off on Instagram after the Chargers loss.

Against a Raiders' defense that shouldn't be terrifying anyone, Herbert looked completely lost. The gunslinger finished an abysmal 15-of-27 passing for a paltry 192 yards.
Herbert managed just one touchdown alongside two back-breaking interceptions, absorbed three sacks, and ended the afternoon with a miserable 59.5 passer rating. The Chargers' offense mustered a pathetic 14 points all game.

The Chargers are paying him top-of-the-market money to win hostile divisional games, yet the offense remains chronically stuck in neutral when it matters most.
