Add Page Six on Google 6 Lili Reinhart celebrated her 30th birthday with a “13 Going on 30” homage. GC Images Lili Reinhart is looking to leading ladies of the past.
While promoting her forthcoming film, “The Love Hypothesis,” the actress has been paying homage to the rom-coms that came before her, subtley re-creating some iconic looks on and off the red carpet.
Her latest was a nod to the 2004 film “13 Going on 30;” On Thursday, the actress was seen exiting the Langham hotel in New York City wearing a Fleur du Mal slip dress ($348) and Jimmy Choo mules sourced from Wish You Love Vintage.
She topped the sultry look with the very same archival Nanette Lepore dress that Jennifer Garner’s on-screen character threw on in one of the first scenes of the film, with stylist Ib Abdel Nasser thanking Lepore’s daughter for the pull on Instagram.
The moment was made even sweeter by the fact that Reinhart turned 30 years old on Sept. 13.
The tribute to Jenna Rink was hardly Reinhart’s first. In Brazil, she wore the same silky yellow gown that Kate Hudson memorably wore as Andie Anderson in “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” — though Reinhart wasn’t frosted with the Harry Winston Isadora yellow diamond necklace.
She’s also sported a custom Rodarte gown à la Drew Barrymore in “Ever After” and custom Tory Burch inspired by the memorable green “Atonement” gown seen on Keira Knightley.
The “Riverdale” star has certainly proven she deserves to join the ranks.
