Add Page Six on Google 17 Weston Kloefkorn for Page Six Page Six and Hunter heralded the start of New York Fashion Week with an intimate dinner at the members-only Flyfish Club on Wednesday night.
Celebrating “The New Front Row” — tastemakers from across the worlds of style, sport and entertainment who are shaping the face of fashion — the soirée also marked Hunter’s 170th anniversary. The British heritage brand’s signature Wellington rain boots have graced the feet of everyone from Princess Diana to Kate Moss over the years, and at our event, guests were invited to put their own spins on the famous footwear.
“Bridgerton” actress Arséma Thomas paired her two-tone Nissa boots with a tie-dyed mesh turtleneck and pleated Chopova Lowena skirt, while both Ava Dash of “Next Gen NYC” and model Tatiana Elizabeth teamed Hunter’s Original Tall Gloss style with khaki trench coats and plenty of leg.
After a meal of escargot-style scallops, hamachi crudo, pasta, steak and maki rolls, attendees including fashion creative Nicolette Mason, journalist Marjon Carlos and content creator Bri Springs stuck around well past dessert to discuss their current projects, passions and NYFW plans.
