Add The California Post on Google California’s ‘racist Karen’ has been identified as 47-year-old Lindsay Hansen of San Jose — whose social media is rife with conspiracies — as she is accused of entering the girls’ locker room at a local school.
Hansen, who is also a mother, first came into the public spotlight in a video where she baselessly accused a father of sex trafficking her child because their skin colors did not match and claimed to “work with the feds.”
Meanwhile, Hansen is also accused of entering a girls’ locker room at a San Jose Unified school and accusing PE teachers of inappropriate behavior. San Jose Unified has alerted the community and contacted the police about her behavior.
“We have received reports of an individual harassing members of our community, including recording videos and taking photographs and posting content on social media,” authorities told NBC Bay Area. “San Jose Unified has filed a police report and is working closely with the San Jose Police Department.”
San Jose Police said “it was reported that social media photos were located showing an adult female subject unassociated to the school, accessing the high school locker room… the investigation is active.”
She acknowledged the viral video of her harassing the San Jose father in a Facebook video. Hansen and a man discussed a reporter approaching their home to discuss videos she posted to her social media page.
“There’s a lot of crazy karens, why me? Why would the news come talk to me?” she said while peeking through the blinds at the reporter.
Hansen posted earlier that day that she was “something of a worldwide celebrity.”
She also posted a caption saying anyone who posted comments on her page “will be investigated for their own crimes by my team.”
“Anyone defending child rapists & traffickers is probably guilty of the crime themselves,” she ranted.
Hansen’s many social media posts include a suggestion that Pope Leo XIV is Satan, numerous posts about the Epstein files, various antisemitic posts, and a post saying the birth of her child in 2020 kicked off the 7-year tribulation, or the end times.
She also openly posted court paperwork related to her past psychiatric treatment.
In a declaration and petition for determination of capacity to refuse consent to medication filed by Bay Area psychiatrist Dr. Shellie Kahane in May 2022, the doctor wrote Hansen has shown symptoms of bipolar disorder and is having a manic episode with “psychotic features.”
Her symptoms include delusions, auditory hallucinations, and paranoia, the doctor wrote.
She had been involuntarily committed to Telecare Heritage Psychiatric Health Facility under a 5250 hold, which allows doctors to keep patients in a mental health facility for up to 14 days, the paperwork said.
Kahane said Hansen did not believe anything was wrong with her or that she needed medication. The doctor said Hansen “believes it is her job ‘to drive around and ID pedophiles’ and wants to continue to do so,” according to the filing.
She had been prescribed Invega, a medication used to treat schizophrenia.
The vehicle in the viral video of her confronting the San Jose dad and his daughter in her Honda is registered to a Lindsay Hansen.
In the video, Hansen can be heard ranting at the pair through her passenger-side window, claiming she worked with federal authorities.
“I’m recording you too. I work with the feds. Have a good day,” she says in the footage.
“I’m just making sure that you’re not sex trafficking this poor little girl who’s very unhappy to be with you and doesn’t look like you,” the woman says.
“That’s a white little girl and you are a man of color. So I believe you are either buying or selling or trafficking this child.”
The video poster described himself as brown and his daughter as half-white, and said the woman had harassed them multiple times in their neighborhood.
“My 6-year-old (half-white) and I (brown) were harassed by this woman multiple times in our neighborhood in San Jose, CA,” he wrote in the TikTok video.
The woman continues recording the pair, claiming authorities have facial recognition technology and questioning whether the father is legally in the country.
“I’m recording you too. We’ve got facial recognition,” she says.
She eventually drove off — only to turn around and return with a bizarre religious tirade.
“Psalm 1018. My daily test will be to ferret out the wicked and free the city of God from their grave. Burn in hell you will,” she says.
The father said he reported the incident to the San Jose Police Department.
The California Post reached out to the San Jose Police Department and Hansen for comment.
