Lori Loughlin focusing on career comeback after Mossimo Giannulli divorce: ‘She’s thrilled’

Add Page Six on Google Lori Loughlin is focusing on her future after officially ending her marriage of more than 28 years to Mossimo Giannulli.

“She is thrilled to be back working,” a source exclusively told Page Six. “She is back at Hallmark working happily.”

On Sept. 4, Loughlin, 62, filed for divorce from Giannulli, 63. Although the “Full House” star filed just last week, the date of separation listed was Aug. 31, 2025.

The two share adult daughters Isabella Rose, 27, and Olivia Jade, 26.

In recent years, things have been anything but easy for the former couple.

Back in 2019, the pair was involved in a nationwide college admissions scandal, in which they attempted to get their daughters into the University of Southern California by paying $500,000 to pose them as members of the crew team. It was later revealed that neither of their children were competitive rowers.

Both Loughlin and the fashion designer pleaded not guilty, though later switched their pleas to guilty in order to take a plea deal. Loughlin ended up serving two months in federal prison, while Giannulli served five months.

According to the most recent court documents, the reason for the ending of their marriage is irreconcilable differences, though there are several reports that the 2019 court case was the beginning of the end for them.

Prior to the scandal, Loughlin was a staple for the Hallmark Channel, starring in several popular holiday movies such as “Homegrown Christmas” and “Every Christmas Has A Story.”

Despite the recent filing, Loughlin, who just returned to social media on Aug. 31 after deactivating her account in 2019, is looking ahead, according to our insider — and already getting back to work on some of the network’s staple offerings.

“She’s working again!” the source told us. “She is returning to ‘When Calls the Heart’ and is taping episodes now. It will air early next year. She also has a ‘Garage Sale Mystery’ movie airing on Hallmark on Sept. 17 along with a holiday movie.”

The actress seems to want to put her past behind, according to insiders. “She has been keeping everything with the divorce close to herself,” a second source shared with Page Six.
