China has dispatched hundreds of military personnel to the border town of Gyirong in Tibet, after a wall of ice, mud, and rock collapsed into a mountain river, triggering a catastrophic flash flood on Thursday. Al Jazeera’s Katrina Yu reports from Beijing.
