Oliver, 28, has been with Buffalo since the franchise selected him with the No. 9 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.
He’s played a key role the Bills’ defensive front during his seven seasons with the organization.
Last year, Oliver appeared in just three games for Buffalo after suffering an ankle injury and later a torn biceps.
First-year Bills coach Joe Brady said Oliver missed Thursday’s joint practice with the Browns because of an unspecified injury.
