Page Six Composite Dylan Efron doesn’t wear socks.
The reality TV hunk told us he sometimes ditches the accessory during marathons — but there is one fashion essential he never leaves behind.
“I have a little fanny pack for my phone; if I have a run that’s over two miles, I’m going to bring that with me,” he spilled during a Sun Cruiser run club event, celebrating his limited-edition variety pack.
View this post on Instagram Efron is a self-trained marathoner, and he’s eager to run New York City again. The last time he took part in the five-borough race, in 2025, he trained in less than a month.
“I actually hadn’t run that year,” he revealed. “I had maybe done StairMaster and some bike.”
Below, shop the “Traitors” star’s go-to pouch, along with more of his fitness essentials.
“It’s a very lightweight fanny pack that pretty much barely fits my phone and cards. It’s very small but it kind of reminds me of a race bib because they’re that light.”
“Right now, I’ve been running in New Balance a lot. I discovered the 1080s. If you’re really putting mileage on, you need a variety of shoes. Otherwise, you’ll start getting hurt.”
“I used to race in the Nike … they absolutely make a difference on race day.”
“ChapStick is so important to me. I don’t know why I get chapped lips, and it annoys me. It used to be the worst part about camping, and then suddenly, I realized [ChapStick] is the smallest thing that I can bring with me 24/7. I love it.”
“Face lotion is a huge one for me. SkinCeuticals had a really good one that I liked.”
“I’m huge [on] sunscreen. I use a bunch of those EltaMD ones. The tinted one has been a staple for a long time.”
“La Roche-Posay has a great one … I just like a lightweight tinted sunscreen that I can put on every day that isn’t that really thick, surfing-type sunscreen. I’m in the sun as much as possible.”
