בנם של חנה ואברהם. נולד ביום ט' בתמוז תשנ"ה (7.7.1995) בירושלים. אח לשרה, יוסף, רות, מנשה, מרים ודן. ביום 7.10.2023 התגייס למילואים ושירת בחיל שריון. אליהו מאיר נישא לרויה. בני הזוג גרו בעפולה, נולדו להם שני ילדים: טוהר ויוסף. רב סמל ראשון אליהו מאיר אוחנה נפל בקרב ביום י"א בטבת תשפ"ד (23.12.2023). בן עשרים ושמונה בנופלו. הוא הובא למנוחות בבית העלמין הצבאי בחיפה. הותיר אחריו אישה, שני ילדים, הורים ואחים.
