בן אסתר ואברהם (ברנרד), נולד ביום א' בחשוון תרצ"ב (12.10.1931) בפריז, בירת צרפת. משפחתו ניצלה מהשמדה בימי הכיבוש הנאצי, ומיום השחרור התמיד בלימודיו והשלים ידיעותיו והתכונן להיות עורך-דין. אך זכר מלחמת-העצמאות הקשים שעברו על צרפת ועל אחיו הדריך את מנוחתו. כשהגיעה אליו בשורת מלחמת-העצמאות בישראל הפסיק את לימודיו והתגייס לגח"ל (גיוס חוץ-לארץ). עוד בהיותו בחוץ-לארץ התאמן בכל האימונים הדרושים ובתחילת אוגוסט 1948, כאשר הגיע אל חוף המולדת, צורף מיד לחטיבת "גבעתי", ועבר לדרום. משה נפל במבצע "יואב", לפריצת הדרך לנגב, בהתקפה על "משלטי הצומת" המצריים שליד נגבה, ביום י"ד בתשרי תש"ט (17.10.1948). הובא למנוחת-עולמים בבית-הקברות הצבאי בכפר ורבורג. בן 17 ושבוע היה בנופלו.
