בן אלישבע ומשה, נולד בשנת 1922 בעיר סוציבה, חבל בוקובינה, רומניה. בנערותו למד בישיבת ויז'ניץ וסיים בית-ספר תיכון. בשנת 1942 עלה ארצה כחבר בתנועת "בני-עקיבא" והצטרף לקיבוץ כפר עציון. מיומו הראשון בקיבוץ היה חבר ה"הגנה". כדי להעלות את אמו לארץ, אנוס היה לעזוב את הקיבוץ ולחפש עבודה. היה נוטר ואחר-כך התיישב בירושלים ועבד כפרוון. בערבים היה משמש מדריך ב"הגנה". לאחר שעלה בידו להביא את אמו מגולת טרנסניסטריה דאג למחייתה. היה איש-מעשה ורחב-נפש. בעת מלחמת-העצמאות שירת בחטיבת ירושלים והשתתף בקרבות להגנת העיר, בכיבוש קטמון ובניסיון הפריצה לעיר העתיקה. נפל מפגיעת פגז באזור שייח'-ג'ראח ביום י"ט באייר תש"ח (28.5.1948). נקבר בשייח'-באדר א'. ביום כ"ח באלול תש"י (10.9.1950) הועבר למנוחת-עולמים בבית-הקברות הצבאי בהר- הרצל בירושלים.
