Turai Hava-Ester Rivlin served in the Israel Defense Forces. Hava-Ester served with the Nahal Brigade. Hava-Ester served in the War of Attrition. Hava-Ester was 19 years old.

What Happened

בת בנימין ומרים. נולדה ביום א' במרחשון תש"ט (3.11.1948) בירושלים. כאשר הגיעה לגיל-הלימודים למדה בבית-הספר היסודי "נוה-עציון" ולאחר-מכן למדה בבית-הספר התיכון לבנות "חורב" אשר בעירה. השתייכה לתנועת "בני עקיבא". בנובמבר 1966 גויסה לצה"ל ושירותה הצבאי היה בנח"מ ובמסגרת גרעין נח"ל "מגשימים". אבל בעיצומו של שירותה הסדיר נפטרה במחלתה משק עין-הנצי"ב אשר בעמק בית-שאן; זה היה ביום י' בניסן תשכ"ח (8.4.1968). הובאה למנוחת-עולמים בית-הקברות הצבאי שעל הר-הרצל בירושלים. קצינת-החן כתבה בין השאר במכתב- התנחומים שלה למשפחתה: "כמפקדת שלה במחצית השנה האחרונה ראוי לציינה כחיילת ממושמעת ואחראית שביצעה כל שהוטל עליה בנאמנות ובמסירות. תקופת שהותה בגלבוע השפיעה עליה רבות והיא רצתה לראות את עצמה בעתיד מתיישבת בהיאחזות כאשר זו תהפוך ליישוב אזרחי. חוה ראתה את טובת חברותיה וחבריה וטובת הגרעין שלה מעל לכל והיתה מוכנה לעשות למענם רבות". לאחר פטירתה הופיעה חוברת לזכרה הנושאת את שמה.
