בן יוסף וסאבא. נולד בשנת תש"ו (1946) בקזבלנקה אשר במרוקו ובעלות המשפחה לארץ בשנת 1955 למד בבית ספר יסודי. בנובמבר 1963 גויס לצה"ל והוצב לחיל השריון. היה מכונאי במקצועו ושירת במשמר הגבול. נאמן היה לשירותו וחרוץ, מילא את תפקידו לשביעות רצון מפקדיו. התבלט תמיד באומץ לבו ובנכונותו לעזור לחבריו. מפקדו ציין אותו כאיש משמר הגבול ש"היה מעורה בנושאי הבטחון השוטף והכיר את חשיבות משמר בטחון המדינה. לא היסס, ולו לרגע, להתנדב לכל תפקיד ויהיה זה קשה והמסוכן ביותר". מקובל היה עליהם ועל חבריו, שכן ידע לקשור יחסי ציבור וריעות. אחרי שחרורו מן הצבא היה יוצא מדי פעם לשירות מילואים ובהימצאו במסגרת זו נתקל בחולית חבלנים ונפל; זה היה באיזור נאות הככר ביום ה' באייר תשכ"ח (3.5.1968). הניח אשה. הובא למנוחת עולמים בבית הקברות הצבאי בחיפה.
