Turai Haim-Hans Samuelson served in the Israel Defense Forces. Haim-Hans served with the Infantry. Haim-Hans served in the War of Independence. Haim-Hans was 44 years old.
בן פאולה ולואיס, נולד ביום כ' באב תרס"ג (13.8.1903) בעיר המבורג, גרמניה. גדל בעיר-הנמל הגדולה ומנעוריו נמשך לחיי הים. בעירו סיים בית-ספר תיכון ושנה אחת למד בבית-ספר לקצינים בגרמניה. עלה לארץ בשנת 1936, שירת כקצין באונייה העברית "תל-אביב" והיה הראשון בין עובדיה שהתאזרח בארץ. בראשית מלחמת-העצמאות, נרצח על-ידי פורעים בוואדי ניסנס בחיפה, ביום כ"ב באדר א' תש"ח (3.3.1948) והובא למנוחת- עולמים בבית-הקברות הצבאי בחיפה.
