בן לאה-רייזל וצבי, נולד בשנת 1915 בקובל, פולין. מילדותו התחנך ברוח הציונות ושאף להגשמה חלוצית. לאחר שסיים בית-ספר עממי ונתקבל להכשרה חלוצית בקובל עלה ארצה ב-1937 והצטרף לקיבוץ פלוגת-הים על-יד חיפה. משה עבד בנמל חיפה והיה בין כובשי העבודה העברית. הוא הוסיף לעבוד בנמל גם לאחר שעזב את הקיבוץ. בשנת 1942 נשא אישה ועבר לגור בקרית חיים. למרות שינוי מקום מגוריו המשיך בעבודה בנמל, שהיתה כרוכה בסכנות, בייחוד אחרי פרוץ מלחמת-העצמאות, והעבודה שם נחשבה לעמדת היאחזות יהודית בתוך גוש ערבי. לא אחת היה נוסע לעבודה תחת מטר יריות, אך לא ידע פחד ולא ויתר על מקום- העבודה החשוב הזה. מטעם ה"הגנה" התנדב לשמירה בלילות. משה נפל ביום כ"ג באדר א' תש"ח (4.3.1948) בעיר התחתית בחיפה בדרכו לעבודה, והובא למנוחת-עולמים בבית-הקברות הצבאי בחיפה. השאיר אישה ושני ילדים.
