בן שינדל-יפה וברוך, נולד ביום כ"א בכסלו תרפ"ח (15.12.1927) בעיר ויסוצק, פולין. הוא עלה ארצה בשנת 1935 וגר בירושלים. מגיל צעיר התנסה בחיי עמל. משה סיים את בית-הספר "תחכמוני" ולמד בשיעורי-ערב. אחר-כך יצא להכשרה בעין גב ושם מצא את מקומו. היה מן העליזים שבחברה, בעל חוש הומור ואוהב מהתלה ותעלולים. בשעת הדיונים לא היה רגיל להשמיע את דבריו בפומבי, אך הירבה לחשוב על ה"חברה", התמסר לחזונה ומילא כל תפקיד באמונה וברצון. משה עבד כמכונאי והיה ילד-השעשועים של המוסך. חבריו כינוהו בשם החיבה ג'ינג'י. ביום א' באדר ב' תש"ח (12.3.1948) יצא בשליחות גדודו, גדוד "העמק" של הפלמ"ח (לימים חטיבת "יפתח") ללוות שיירה לעמק-הירדן ונפל ליד משטרת צמח. עימו נפל חברו הטוב. הובא למנוחת-עולמים בבית- הקברות הצבאי בדגניה א'.
