Turai Salah-Zaidan Isami served in the Israel Defense Forces. Salah-Zaidan served with the Infantry. Salah-Zaidan served in the War of Attrition.
בן זידאן ונורה. נולד ב2- בדצמבר 1948 בדלית אל כרמל. בהגיע מועד-הלימודים למד בבית-הספר היסודי שבכפר ולאחר-מכן יצא לעבודה כדי לתמוך בהוריו המבוגרים; עבד בעבודות חפירה וכן עזר להוריו בניהול המסעדה. השתייך למועדון "הנוער העובד והלומד". בנובמבר 1966 גויס לצה"ל. בפרוץ מלחמת ששת הימים השתתף בה ולאחר שנסתיימה המלחמה, בשעת מילוי תפקידו, בעלות רכבו על מוקש בסביבות כונתילה, נפל; זה היה ב1- באוגוסט 1967. הובא לקבורה בכפרו הועבר למנוחת-עולמים ביום 1 ביולי 1971 בבית-הקברות הצבאי בעוספיה. המפקד הספיד אותו ליד הקבר הפתוח בשעת ההלוייה רבת-המשתתפים שנערכה למחרת יום נפלו ובין שאר דברים אמר: "אנו יודעים היטב כי אין מלחמה ללא קרבנות. המלחמה שאנו מנהלים היא מלחמת-שלום. אך עד אשר יגיע השלום עלינו להמשיך ולהגן על המדינה הזאת". על סאלח אמר המפקד כי שמו ייכלל ברשימת הגבורים אשר הקריבו את נפשם למען ישראל. שמו וזכרו הונצחו בין שאר הלוחמים הדרוזים בספר "ברית דמים" למוסבאח חלבי.
