Turai Raziel Samhi served in the Israel Defense Forces. Raziel served with the Armored Corps. Raziel served in the South Lebanon Security Zone. Raziel was 18 years old.
בן צביה ועובדיה. נולד ביום ב' בסיוון תשכ"ט (19.5.1969) בראש העין, שם גדל והתחנך. הוא למד בבית-הספר היסודי 'אשכול' ואת השכלתו התיכונית רכש במגמה העיונית בתיכון 'כצנלסון' בכפר סבא. רזי היה בחור ביישן ועניו והתאפיין בטוב-לב, בנדיבות וברצון לסייע לזולת. במסגרת המועדון השכונתי ובשיתוף עם המתנ"ס בראש העין, הדריך בני נוער בהתנדבות. קריאת ספרים היתה תחביבו העיקרי. רזי היה בן נאמן ומסור והתחבב על הכול. בראשית אוגוסט 1987 גויס לצה"ל. את דרכו הצבאית החל בחיל-השריון ולאחר הטירונות רכש ידע בסיסי במקצועות הטנק. מפקדיו מעידים עליו שהיה חייל שקט, מופנם וממושמע, שנהג למלא אחר כל המטלות שהוטלו עליו והיה אהוד על חבריו. ביום כ"ג בחשוון תשמ"ח (14.11.1987) נפל בעת שירותו. הוא הובא למנוחת-עולמים בחלקה הצבאית בבית-העלמין בראש העין. השאיר אחריו הורים וארבעה אחים - שי, אילן, תמיר ואביחי.
