Turai Seadya Hamo served in the Israel Defense Forces. Seadya served with the Armored Corps. Seadya served in the War of Independence.
בן אליהו ועישה. נולד בשנת תרע"ח (1918) בעיר פס שבמרוקו. למד בבית-ספר יסודי אך עזב את ספסל-הלימודים כדי לעזור לבית-הוריו. כחניך התנועה הציונית לא רצה, למרות רצון-אביו, לעסוק במסחר או בפקידות והחל לעבוד כשוליה בבית-מלאכה למכונאות. משהוכרז על גיוס-הנוער על-ידי מדינת ישראל, קם ועזב את מרוקו באוגוסט 1948 והגיע לחופי-המולדת תוך סכנות מרובות. שאף להעלות גם את הוריו. גויס לצה"ל ושימש כנהג בחזית-הדרום. ביום א' בניסן תש"ט (31.3.1949) נפל בשעת מילוי תפקידו והובא למנוחת-עולמים בחלקה הצבאית שבבית-הקברות ברחובות.
