Turai Yehuda Barashi served in the Israel Defense Forces. Yehuda served with the Infantry. Yehuda served in the Six-Day War. Yehuda was 29 years old.
בן יחזקאל ושמחה. נולד ביום כ"ז בטבת תרצ"ח (31.12.1937) בירושלים. למד בבית הספר "אליאנס" שם, ולאחר מכן, בצאתו לחיים, היה פועל בניין ועבד כטפסן ב"סולל-בונה". גויס לצה"ל בתקופת מערכת סיני. ערב מלחמת ששת הימים נקרא למילואים ונפל בקרב שנערך באבו-תור בירושלים ביום השני לקרבות, הוא כ"ז באייר תשכ"ז (6.6.1967), בשעה שלבש עוז ואומץ ועלה על גג לחסל חוליית אויב אשר צלפה לעבר כוחותינו. הניח אשה, שלושה בנים ובת. הובא למנוחת עולמים בבית הקברות הצבאי שעל הר הרצל בירושלים. זכרו הועלה ב"יסודות", בטאון הסתדרות פועלי הבניין. בחוברת "גדוד אפור אחד" הונצח שמו.
