Zelch 128

RIGHTS UNKNOWN1991Elite Software

A board for the 128 in 128 mode, from 1991. It ran on the internet from 1996 and came back in 2021.

The story

Zelch 128 was written by Bo Zimmerman and Bill Fink and sold by Elite Software in 1991. Version 2.0 was the one that went on sale; 1.0 never did. Despite the name, it is not the 128 version of Zelch 64 but a program of its own.

It was one of the first Commodore boards on the internet, answering telnet calls from 1996, and it was brought back in 2021.
