CCGMS

CCGMS was Craig Smith's terminal for the C64, written between 1985 and 1988, and it became the program most 64 owners used to call boards. It handled colour and PETSCII graphics, file transfers and a phone book, all from one disk. Smith's last version was 7.0, though 5.5 was the one most people had.

People kept patching it for years. Its source turned up again, and new versions came out from 2016 to 2021, adding support for today's network cartridges and WiFi modems. CCGMS 2021 is on our shelf, with its source.
