The story
The Magic Voice gave the Commodore 64 a voice. It is a speech synthesis cartridge built around a Texas Instruments LPC speech chip, with a built-in vocabulary of a few hundred words that BASIC programs can call on, and a pass-through slot for a game cartridge. Games written for it, such as Gorf and Wizard of Wor, speak their taunts aloud when it is plugged in.
