Add The California Post on Google The Brazil men’s soccer team is expected to have its full attacking power available for its final World Cup group-stage game against Scotland on June 24.
This is because superstar forward Neymar has been cleared to play after being sidelined for Brazil’s first two group-stage games due to injury.
To be fair, it’s hard to imagine that Brazil will need Neymar against Scotland, given the other elite forwards it has available. But it will be good for them to get used to Neymar being back on the pitch as they begin their knockout-round pursuit of the 2026 World Cup trophy.
Neymar’s return will likely be beneficial for Brazil striker Vinicius Jr., as teams won’t be able to focus in on him during games. But that hadn’t stopped Vini Jr. to this point, as he has found the back of the net four times in the World Cup to this point.
Vini Jr. was making headlines before the World Cup, as well, but not for a reason he likely would want. His relationship with Brazilian influencer Virginia Fonseca (who has over 56 million Instagram followers) ended earlier this month after they were together for about seven months.
Given that Fonseca is proudly Brazilian, she hasn’t let her relationship with Vinicius Jr. ending keep her from supporting her home country.
She has also found time this summer to enjoy the water park with a few of her children (that aren’t Vinicius Jr.’s), which she posted about to her Instagram on June 22.
While Fonseca isn’t a fitness influencer, these photos show that she has been staying in great shape.
