Add Page Six on Google Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are making big moves for their wedding in the Big Apple.
Ahead of the couple’s upcoming July 3 nuptials at Madison Square Garden, City Hall confirmed to The Post on Wednesday that a permit application was filed with the city’s Street Activity Permit Office for July 2 to July 4.
The permit asked for street closures around MSG and for a public tent to be set up outside the venue, which will include 500 to 999 attendees.
Winick Productions, an event planning company that has helped host events at MSG before, filed the permit in June, according to the New York Times.
Winick Productions had no comment when reached out to by Page Six.
In addition, a source told Page Six that Kansas City Chiefs players have reservations at Marriott Marquis in Midtown around the wedding date.
Page Six has reached out to reps for Swift and Kelce for comment.
We broke that news that Kelce and Swift, both 36, were hosting their wedding at Madison Square Garden over Independence Day weekend.

Insiders recently told us that Los Angeles-based celebrity wedding planner Mark Seed has been working on Swift and Kelce’s MSG wedding “for months.”
Tellingly, the 20,000-seat arena has no events on its calendar from June 29 through July 6.

Mayor Zohran Mamdani basically confirmed the wedding was happening at MSG when he said the city can handle “big events” — including “Taylor Swift’s wedding” — during a recent press conference.
Swift and Kelce aren’t the first couple to choose MSG as their wedding venue.
Funk legend Sly Stone famously hosted his 1974 wedding to model Kathy Silva there, with guests required to wear gold, according to Rolling Stone.
Then in 1982, Reverend Sun Myung Moon from the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification held a mass wedding at MSG with 2,075 couples in attendance.
Swift has performed at MSG multiple times, including for her “Speak Now” and “Fearless” tours and several Jingle Ball appearances.
The “Shake It Off” singer and the NFL player, who got engaged in August 2025, originally planned an intimate Rhode Island wedding.
However, we reported in November 2025 that they were considering scrapping the idea to go “all out” with more guests.
Last weekend, Swift conducted her bachelorette activities at her $17.75 million Rhode Island mansion.
Kelce, meanwhile, took a trip to Los Angeles with his closest guy friends ahead of his wedding.
