First victim of California library shooting revealed — as staff’s heroic actions emerge

One of the victims was 46-year-old Chico resident Jacob Hull, and the other is an unidentified 74-year-old man, according to KRCR. A child was also injured in the shooting.

The alleged shooter is 18-year-old Bradley Scott Sayer, who acted alone with intentions to commit a “Columbine High School massacre type of shooting.”
