Vincent Trocheck switches agents with Rangers star on trade block

Add The New York Post on Google As the NHL offseason officially began following the Hurricanes’ Stanley Cup win, the Rangers’ Vincent Trocheck switched his agent, The Post confirmed. TSN first reported the news.

When his longtime agent Steve Reich died last June, Trocheck remained with the same agency, O2K Worldwide Management Group.

Now, the 32-year-old has hired super agent Pat Brisson of CAA as the high-activity portion of the offseason steadily approaches.

Rangers center Vincent Trocheck. JASON SZENES/ NY POST Trocheck remains in a sort of Rangers limbo as president and general manager Chris Drury continues to weigh interest and offers from around the NHL for the veteran center, who has been on the trade block since the weeks leading up to last season’s trade deadline.

The Post previously reported that Toronto is among the many interested teams who have inquired about Trocheck.

Although the Wild and the Red Wings were in on Trocheck leading up to the deadline, neither team had inquired again as of earlier this month.
