Man, 46, pleads guilty to 19 sex offences against boys aged seven to 14 at now-closed tutorial centre in Mei Foo between 2017 and 2023

Yu Hey-tsit, 46, pleaded guilty at the High Court on Tuesday to 15 counts of indecent assault and four of making child pornography.
The crimes came to light on August 24, 2023, after a 12-year-old boy confided in his grandmother that Yu had kissed and groped him on multiple occasions at the now-closed Prime Solid Learning Education Centre in Mei Foo Sun Chuen.
Following the boy’s revelation, his nine-year-old brother told their father he too had been assaulted by the defendant.
After his arrest at the centre the next day, Yu admitted touching the two boys out of sexual curiosity. He also confessed to taking obscene photographs and videos of the victims as “mementos”.
A prosecution summary said Yu molested the 12-year-old boy seven times and filmed the acts on three occasions between October 2021 and August 2023.
