Encino OnlyFans house at center of neighborhood controversy doubles as celebrity hangout

Add The California Post on Google An Encino mansion that’s become an OnlyFans production hub also doubles as a Hollywood hangout for some very well-known stars.

Neighbors have voiced concerns about the controversial Encino content mansion run by Creators Inc., but it’s been a longtime hangout for celebrities, athletes, and reality stars visiting the property and getting featured in content on the company’s social media pages.

R&B singer and television personality Ray J, who has appeared in multiple posts shared by the company, is among one of the biggest names linked to the house.

Ray J recorded an episode of a podcast while at the house where he talked about how Kim Kardashian turned attention into a billion-dollar machine.

Reality television star and model Blac Chyna has also been prominently featured inside the home, appearing in several photos and videos posted for the group. She also did an interview with Creators Inc. founder Andy Bachman, in which she reversed roles and asked him, “Are you happy?”

Actress Shannon Elizabeth was featured in a video post for Creators where she claimed she’d earned over $1 million on OnlyFans. “It allows me to create on my own terms,” she said.

The list also includes rapper Offset — the former hubby of Cardi B — who appeared in a series of posts shared across the account. Offset offered some heartfelt insight while sitting in on a podcast.

“Every major breakthrough usually comes right after a season of struggle. Keep the faith even when things don’t make sense,” he said.

View this post on Instagram The house has also attracted major figures from the combat sports world, including UFC middleweight contender Paulo Costa and UFC bantamweight champion Merab Dvalishvili.

Actor and boxer Malik Bazille is another athlete featured at the mansion where he recounted his journey from amateur boxing rings to a breakthrough role alongside Michael B. Jordan in “Creed.”

The celebrity appearances underscore how the Encino mansion has evolved into far more than a typical influencer house.

Creators Inc. has amassed hundreds of thousands of followers online and regularly produces content featuring social media personalities, models, entertainers and professional athletes.

The property has become a flashpoint in the neighborhood. Residents allege the home operates more like a commercial production facility than a private residence.

They cite frequent filming, a constant flow of visitors and content creators, and activity they say is out of place in a family-oriented community.

Neighbors have also raised concerns about the property’s proximity to a nearby church and have spent months pressing city officials to investigate whether the operation complies with local zoning rules.

But if the company’s recent posts are any indication, the guest list at Encino’s most talked-about content house will only continue to grow.
