Trump calls ‘incredible’ UFC event ‘one of the most exciting days in the history’ of the White House

Add The New York Post on Google President Trump lauded last night’s ‘UFC Freedom 250’ card on the White House lawn as an ‘incredible’ spectacle on a scale never seen before.

“The UFC at the White House last night was incredible. The weather was scheduled to be horrendous, and it turned out to be PERFECT! So much for weather predicting,” Trump wrote on Truth Social Monday morning.

“The White House has never looked more beautiful. The setting was unsurpassed!”

An estimated 80,000 fight fans crowded the Ellipse to the south of the executive mansion while thousands more crowded the National Mall to watch.

“The fighters were outstanding – Bo Nickal, Justin Gaethje, Ciryl Gane, Sean O’Malley, Josh Hokit, Mauricio Ruffy and Diego Lopes were all unbelievable! Most people have never seen anything like that kind of human speed and power before,” Trump gushed.

“Congratulations to Dana White, and his unbelievable UFC. One of the most exciting days in the history of our fabled White House!”

The event, scheduled to coincide with the president’s 80th birthday, resulted in all seven fights ending in a TKO, culminating with American Justin Gaethje defeating Georgian-Spanish champion and heavy favorite Ilia Topuria to regain the lightweight title belt.
